This website is operated by the company Survival Lilly, located and registered in Austria (EU). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “the company” refer to Survival Lilly. Survival Lilly offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here in these Terms of Service.
Survival Lilly is a producer and vendor of knives and other outdoor gear.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Survival Lilly is not responsible for potential losses, damages (direct or indirect), reparations, indemnities, bodily injuries, damage to persons, harms, etc., that may affect the user.
Contract language is English. The governing law is Austrian law.
1. General Terms and Conditions
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred un-encrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website www.survivallilly.at or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to, the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or not current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.

Discount codes or free products only concern purchases regarding www.survivallilly.at – Dealers do not have the same sales like us. Therefore these free products or discount codes can only be granted at www.survivallilly.at
2. Liability and age of consent
Placing an order on www.survivallilly.at makes you liable. You accept this liability by accepting these Terms of Service and by placing your order when clicking “Place order” or “Buy” in the check out page of the www.survivallilly.at website.
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age; and that you are at least the age required by your state, province of residence, and country, require for use of websites and make online purchases. You also give us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. By accepting these terms you confirm that you fulfill these age requirements.
4. Prices and Orders
The prices displayed at the website may include the statutory Austrian Value Added Tax (VAT) for sales within the European Union (“EU”).
For orders for deliveries outside of the EU, we do not collect VAT, GST, duties and/or taxes, etc. for the products, and Survival Lilly can therefore not state what your total price will be for your delivered order. You as a customer are responsible for paying all charges related to the products, as you are the importer of the products. We recommend you contact your local custom service for details related to such charges before placing an order. In case you refuse to pay such charges, you will not receive the products, and you will be charged an administrative fee (see 6. Delivery below).
These terms are subject to changes in price, VAT adjustments, currency changes, typos, realization, campaigns, errors in stock balance, etc. The applicable product price is the one stated in the order confirmation you receive.
Campains and sales used on www.survivallilly.at are always limited. To use these campaigns we sometimes use promotional codes that are to be stated – by the user – in the check-out process before placing your order. The promotional codes are to be used for one purchase only and cannot be combined with other campaigns and special prices. Please examine your total amount carefully before placing your order to make sure the correct discounts are applied. If you have questions and problems with using promotional codes, please contact our customer support before ordering.
Survival Lilly is not held responsible for promotional codes and campaigns published and/or distributed by third-parties. Survival Lilly reserves the right to cancel any order. Survival Lilly is not liable for crediting back Paypal or credit card fees of canceled orders.
To prevent damages from lost parcels only 2 knives are permitted per order.
Survival Lilly’s website uses only PayPal or credit card for all payments. For such payments PayPal’s and Stripe’s terms will apply. PayPal allows safe payments without you having to expose your credit card number. Credit cards accepted by Survival Lilly are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We deliver to the following countries:
- Czech Republic
- Denmark (not Greenland and Faroe Islands)
- Finland (not Åland)
- Norway (not Svalbard)
- Spain (not the Canary Islands)
All orders are shipped from Survival Lilly, Austria.
You are asked to enter your e-mail address and phone number during the checkout process. This enables the shipping agent to deliver to the address provided or to notify you once your order is ready for pick up at your local agent. If you want to know your tracking code please write an email to customer service. Within the EU we use agents like the Austrian Post, DHL Paket or GLS.
Please note that for the safe delivery of any order you must state a correct delivery street address and contact details (no PO boxes – since the courier requires a signature upon delivery). The delivery address must be an address where you can be reached during regular business hours – Monday through Friday. Survival Lilly is not responsible for any costs incurred if you provide us with an incorrect address or contact details, or an address where you cannot be reached during regular business hours – Monday through Friday.
If the products in your order are in stock, your order will leave our warehouse within 3-7 days. Please note that delivery time of the shipping agent is not included in the above estimates. (We reserve the right to change or alter at any time the estimated number of days for your order to ship.) If your product(s) aren’t in stock, ordering will be not possible and must be done at a later date. If parts of your order are not immediately available, we may ship your order once all products in your order become available. This means that you will receive a single delivery for all the products ordered.
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you. You always have the right to cancel your order if delays in our handling may arise.
Survival Lilly is not responsible for potential disagreements, delays, losses or similar cases beyond our control that may arise once the order has left Survival Lilly’s warehouse and been handed over to the shipping agent.
For any uncollected products (e.g. due to incorrect address or contact details, or unsuccessful deliveries due to courier not being able to reach you, or non-payment of charges) you will be charged an administrative fee: within the EU – EUR thirty (€ 30), and outside of EU – EUR forty (€ 40), or the total price of your order, whichever is less. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. Not claiming a package is not the correct way to return your oder for refund. If you wish to return your order for a refund, you must accept and receive the order and then begin the return process by contacting our customer support via e-mail.
If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful (Because of an incorrect delivery address or if the shipping agent is unable to contact you during reguar business hours), the package is usually available at your local agent for 14 days after that initial delivery attempt. We charge the following shipping fees for normal product orders:
Flat tax shipping: 5.- Euros net
European Union (EU)
Flat tax shipping: 12 Euros net
Rest of Europe: Norway, Switzerland
Flat tax shipping: 30.- Euros net
For large orders a shipping quote will be sent to you for approval prior to sending your order.
8. Right to return
You have the right to return an order for a refund (not including shipping charges outside the EU) within 14 days. The return period will expire after 14 days from the day which you receive the products. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send a communication (via e-mail) describing your reasons to exercise the right of return before the withdrawal period has expired. If you need assistance in carrying out the right to return, please contact our customer support.
9. Return policy
Survival Lilly values our relationship with you, and offers you the option to return most products you purchase directly from us. For all purchases not made directly from Survival Lilly, please check the return policy of the dealer/agent from which you purchased your product.
If you wish to return a product bought on www.survivallilly.at it must be returned within 14 days after the day on which you receive the products, in its original condition and original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the products. This means the products should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, scratched or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact. If located outside of the EU, you, the buyer is obliged to pay the cost for the return freight charges to Survival Lilly, located in Austria, EU.
If you wish to return your product, always contact us via e-mai and tell us the reason for your return: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns are sent to our warehouse , to find out about the location of our warehouse the customer needs to send an e-mail to email@example.com. If you return your product(s) make sure the delivery is traceable and delivered all the way to the warehouse. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If applicable, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.
When returning your product(s) the original package needs to be intact, so make sure to protect it with enough wrapping for the transportation. If applicable, all accessories accompanying the product(s) must be returned, such as original package, clips, loops, sheaths, etc. If, for some reason, there are defects to the product(s) caused by the customer, or missing accessories you are liable for such diminished value. If applicable, all accessories accompanying the product(s) must be returned, such as original packages, clips, loops, sheaths or free products that came with the parcel. Survival Lilly holds the right to make refund reductions in any case or, if necessary, not accept the return.
Please note that all returns must be approved and registered by our customer support prior to sending us the product. Contacting our customer support is the first step to begin the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible. Please note that this may take some working days. If your refund is denied, you have the option to have the product(s) shipped back to you at your expense.
Survival Lilly’s offers a 2 year warranty for knives which ensures our knives from being free from defects in materials and workmanship, but keep in mind that this warranty does not cover damage done by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, alterations, accident, loss, theft, prying, broken knife tips, chipped edges, improper sharpening, rust, or normal wear and tear as determined at our discretion. Our knives are NOT throwing knifes. This warranty does not cover damage done by throwing. Sheaths are not covered by our warranty unless they are apparently faulty manufactured. The user of the knife has to make sure that the screws are tightened at all times.
It is the user’s responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned.
We must have the knife returned to validate a warranty claim. Only when we have examined the knife we are able to make a determination. If you return a knife that is not covered under warranty, you have the option to have the knife returned at your expense.
A copy of the original receipt may be requested for warranty repair / replacement service. This warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser. If the knife is faulty in terms of materials or workmanship, we will repair it free of charge, or exchange it for an identical knife or for one of equivalent value, at our discretion, if the model has been discontinued.
The warranty does not give the right to a refund.
Any misuse of our knives other than to fulfill normal “knife-like” functions will void the warranty. The company reserves the right to make the final decision as to what is considered “knife-like”, “fair use” or “abuse”.
Other products offered on www.survivallilly.at are not covered by our warranty unless they are apparently faulty manufactured.
Please contact us before shipping a knife to us for a warranty claim.
12. Prohibited uses
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law and any dispute shall be settled in an Austrian public court.
14. PO Box information
Gifts will only be accepted if announced in advance via email – and a confirming reply is received – which must include name and address of the donor and content of gift. Unannounced gifts will be rejected. Unannounced products of manufacturers are treated like gifts. If manufacturers are interested in a sponsorship they first have to contact me per email.
